Finding a hit record is the first order of business & someone suggests contacting a hot new deejay - Jellybean - spinning at the Fun House, for some ideas. Jellybean has been playing an exciting new production and assures Easy Street it can be a major hit if he’s given the opportunity to do a remix. A deal is struck & the results are incredible!!! The single is licensed in Europe by Polygram & becomes a top 20 hit in England, Germany & Benelux.
In 1984, the producers of the hit movie “Breakin’” decide to include “Body Work” on the soundtrack and 2 milllion units later, Easy Street receives its 1st multi- platinum record
